Chinese rice wrappers with crab, fresh ginger, julienne carrots & Organic coriander

 

V – Mini Caprese salad skewers with mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil pesto & parmesan crackle

 

‘Boere Sushi’ – smoked springbok inside-out-roll with traditional accompaniments & wasabi mayo

Smoked Franschhoek salmon trout roses with a wasabi cream cheese, preserved lemon salt & organic watercress

 

Starter:

V – A Buttery French Puff Pastry Tartlet

blackened cherry tomatoes & creamed feta crumble on organic dressed greens with a pomegranate syrup

or

Potted Smoked Franschhoek Salmon Trout Pâté 

artisan melba toasts, pickled cucumber salsa & lemon gel –  served in mini tomato tins

 

 

Main:

Pan-Grilled Fillet of Beef & Braised Beef Shin,

served with pomme dauphinoise, steamed baby vegs, wild mushrooms & finished with a smoked garlic & red wine jus

 

or

Char Grilled crispy pork Belly with a Citrus Infused Jus

Served with baby marrow and orange sweet potato Roll mops, Dutches potatoes with a citrus infused Jus.

 

Dessert:

A Strawberry Red Meringue of Trio Dessert

Served with Fresh Cream and Strawberry Meringue sorbet

Caramelised Roasted Rum infused pineapple
